Every purchase of Clean Sweet App is protected by a 7-day unconditional money-back guarantee, in line with Brazilian Consumer Protection Law (art. 49 CDC) and EU distance-selling rules. If, within 7 days from the purchase date, you decide the product is not for you, we will refund 100% of the amount paid — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Send an email to [contato@chefnatasha.com] with the subject "Refund request".
2. Include the email address used at checkout and the Hotmart order number.
3. Our team will confirm receipt and forward the request to Hotmart for processing.

Processing time

Refunds are processed by Hotmart, our payment partner. The amount typically returns to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 7-day period

After the 7-day guarantee window, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Because the product is digital and access is delivered immediately, refunds outside the guarantee window are at our discretion.
